Chicken Marsala

  1. Chicken Marsala

    1 small chicken, cut into eighths
    2 medium onions, diced
    1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms or
        12 to 14 fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 green bell pepper, diced
    1/4 cup Marsala wine
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Fry seasoned chicken, onions, mushrooms and green pepper until browned. Add Marsala wine. Cook until tender, about 45 minutes.

    Serve over rice or noodles.
