  1. 1 large can pumpkin ...1 cup evaporated milk ...1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice...1 (18.25 ounce) yellow cake mix...1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted...

  2. 1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix...1 cup water...1/2 cup evaporated milk...1/2 cup peanut butter...2 eggs

    Mix all ingredients together and bake according to cake mix box. When cool, ice with Peanut Butter Icing.

    Peanut Butter Icing...3 cups confectioners' sugar...1/2 to 1/3 cup milk...

  3. 1 angel food cake mix...1/4 cup cocoa powder...2 cups whipping cream...1 cup sifted confectioners’ sugar...1/2 cup cocoa powder...Dash of salt

    Prepare angel food cake according to package directions, adding the 1/4 cup cocoa powder while beating. After baking, cool and cut into 3 or 4 layers.

  8. 1 box French Vanilla or white cake mix...2 envelopes Dream Whip...4 egg whites...1 whole egg...1/4 cup vegetable oil...

  9. 1 (18.25 ounce) box white cake mix ...1 can lemon pie filling

    Mix cake as directed on box and pour batter into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Place spoonsful of lemon pie filling over the batter. Bake as directed on the box. Let cool completely.
