  3.     cut diagonally 3/4-inch thick...3 eggs...1 cup light cream...2 tablespoons peach preserves...1/2 teaspoon nutmeg...3 tablespoons melted butter...3 cups fresh, peeled, sliced peaches...

  4. 1/4 cup whipping cream...2 tablespoons granulated sugar...1 large egg...1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon...Dash of ground nutmeg...6 (1-inch) thick slices French bread...2 tablespoons butter or margarine, divided...

  5. 2/3 cup granulated sugar...4 teaspoons cinnamon...1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted...

  6. 3 tablespoons water...1 teaspoon cinnamon...2 cups crushed cornflakes...Raspberry Cream Sauce...1/2 pint fresh raspberries

    In a medium bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Dip bread slices into the mixture and then coat each slice with cereal. Heat a buttered skillet and cook each piece until golden and crisp.

    To serve, place two pieces of toast on each plate and sprinkle with confectioners’ sugar. Garnish with Raspberry Cream Sauce and fresh raspberries.
