    In one bowl blend eggs, sugar, oil and flavoring. In another bowl, blend dry ingredients. Alternate flour and buttermilk with egg mixture. Stir in coconut and nuts. Bake in a preheated 325 degree F oven in two loaf pans about 1 hour.

    While bread is hot in pans, pour Glaze over. Remove bread from pans and cool on wire rack.

  8. Cupcakes...1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened...1 cup granulated sugar...2 eggs...1 teaspoon baking soda...2 cups flour...2/3 cup buttermilk

    Cream butter and sugar, adding eggs one at a time. Sift in dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk. Fill greased miniature muffin pans less than 1/2 full. Bake at 375 degrees F for 12 minutes. As soon as removed from oven, add sauce.

  9. 1 (18 ounce) box spice cake mix...1 can condensed tomato soup...1/2 cup water...2 eggs

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and lightly flour two 8- or 9-inch round cake pans. Mix cake mix, soup, water and egg according to package directions. Pour into prepared pans. Bake 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on racks 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely on racks. Fill and frost with Easy Cream Cheese Frosting. Serves 12.
